High Protein Banana Pancakes

Serves: 1-2

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 large ripe banana

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 scoop protein powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • Toppings of choice!

Directions:

  1. Mash banana well in bowl.

  2. Add wet ingredients and mix well.

  3. Blend oats in blender, then add to mixture with remaining ingredients. Stir well.

  4. Heat saucepan on medium heat and spray pan with olive oil.

  5. Pout pancake mixture in and cook pancakes, flipping once they start to bubble.

  6. Top with maple syrup, fruit, yoghurt or toppings of choice!
