1. Payment Terms
1.1 Payment is required at the time of the consultation, unless otherwise agreed.
1.2 Fees for services will be outlined at the time of booking. Medicare or private health rebates may apply for eligible clients, however fees will be paid in full after the consultation, and the responsibility of the client to claim directly afterwards with any appropriate party.
1.3 The Client acknowledges that failure to meet payment obligations may result in Nutrition With Steph notifying relevant credit reporting or debt collection agencies of the Client’s default. The Client accepts responsibility for any recovery fees incurred during the debt collection process.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
2.1 Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
2.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full appointment cost.

3. Confidentiality and Privacy
3.1 All personal and health information collected during your consultation will be kept confidential.
3.2 Information will only be shared with other healthcare providers with your explicit consent, except where required by law.

4. Disclaimer and Client Responsibilities
4.1 The advice provided during consultations is based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date health information.
4.2 Nutritional advice is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your doctor or relevant healthcare professional regarding medical conditions.

5. Late Arrivals
5.1 If you arrive late to your appointment, the consultation will still conclude at the scheduled time. Full fees will apply.

6. Refunds
6.1 Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

7. Acceptance of Terms
7.1 By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
