Choc coconut overnight oats

Cooking time: 0 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 scoop protein powder

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 100g greek yoghurt

  • Handful strawberries, chopped

  • Toppings of choice!
    I like coconut, almonds & peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Add oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and cocoa powder to a bowl or container.

  2. Add milk, yoghurt and berries and stir well.

  3. Add toppings of choice (I like extra berries, peanut butter, almonds & coconut) leave in fridge and enjoy the next morning.

  4. Option: Make up a few to leave in the fridge and add toppings in the morning depending on what you feel like!
